- Each round, players receive a randomized set of heroes from a shared Hero Pool.
- Players use in-game currency Gold to purchase heroes from the Summoning Altar.
- players must assemble a minimum of five heroes in their collection.
Skill:
- In CyberChess, each hero comes with four unique abilities that set them apart from others.
- These abilities play a crucial role in determining how each hero contributes to your team’s strategy and overall success in battles.
Gameplay Mode in CyberChess
Game mode in CyberChess are as following:
Match Mode
In Match Mode, eight players compete against each other without any distinction in player ranks. It follows the same gameplay process as Ranked mode, where participants battle using a shared pool of 20-50 randomly generated heroes. Unlike Ranked mode, players cannot select their room or team up with friends, ensuring a fair and competitive environment. Each player in the room uses the same set of heroes to strategize and engage in battles.
Rules:
- Every player uses the same group of heroes, but the order they appear in the shop varies.
- When the shop refreshes, 70% of it shows randomly generated heroes for that game.
- The other 30% consists of basic heroes with all attributes set to 30.
- Once all the random heroes for that match are used, only basic heroes will appear in the shop.
Ranked Mode
A Ranked Match in CyberChess with eight players against each other in a PvP showdown. The goal is simple be the last player standing to win. Players must strategize carefully, adapt to changing situations, and outsmart their opponents to secure victory. It’s all about skill and staying power in this competitive battle where every move counts.
Requirements:
- Before starting a Ranked Match in CyberChess, each player needs at least 5 heroes.
- Players can choose from a pool of up to 50 heroes for their team composition.
- Once matched for opponents, players cannot make any further adjustments to their hero lineup.
Ranked Tier:
In CyberChess, there are 8 tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, Diamond, Master, Grandmaster, and Challenger. As players advance through these tiers, they face increasingly skilled opponents and must demonstrate mastery of strategic gameplay.
Leaderboard in CyberChess
CyberChess Arena Mode is a competitive feature with a leaderboard where players climb ranks based on match outcomes. Winning matches boosts your ranking, while losses may lower it. The leaderboard shows how well you perform in the CyberChess community. To succeed in Arena Mode, you need strategy, adaptability, and skill to outplay opponents and rise through the ranks.

- During the battle, no actions can be taken as it is fully automated.
- The match result is solely influenced by the player’s lineup and strategies.
- Winning a match in Arena Mode allows the player to replace the ranking of their defeated opponent.
For instance, defeating the player ranked 11th on the leaderboard will elevate the player to the 11th position.
Custom Room in CyberChess
The Custom Room Mode is a fresh addition to the latest CyberChess update, aimed at making the game more enjoyable and customizable. This feature allowing them to create and join rooms with settings that suit their preferences. It’s designed to cater to players who want specific challenges, enjoy experimenting with different strategies.
Features:
- Players can create a room and set a password to control access.
- The player who creates the room becomes the room owner.
- The room owner can share the room number and password with invited players.
- Invited players use the password to join the room and participate in matches.
- Once there are two or more participants, the room owner can start a battle at any time to begin the competition.
- If the room owner leaves, another participant becomes the new room owner.
- After each match concludes, Gold rewards and points are distributed based on rankings, which can be used to unlock various achievements.
Gold Coin
In Match mode, Gold serves as the primary resource awarded automatically at the end of each round. This valuable currency allows players to purchase additional slots and heroes, enhancing their team’s capabilities as the game progresses. By strategically investing Gold in expanding their roster and acquiring powerful heroes, players can improve their chances of success in battles.
